Now, coming back to your question, if you lose your username and password, but if you remember the email address associated to your account, you can easily ask at the login page to email you for renewing your password. Let me show you how to do it:
- Go to the Jotform Login page, and click on Forgot Password?
- Enter your email address, and click on Send Reset Instructions.
Once done, you'll receive an email with the instructions to reset your password.
If you don't remind your credentials, but you have a link to one of your form, or a name, just tell us, and we'll do our best to help you here, in the actual thread. Otherwise, you can submit this form to recover your account.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
- Go to the Jotform Login page, and click on Forgot Password?

I've already tried to ask to reset the password via email but I didn't receive anything.
Is it possible to recover access in some other way?

Se non hai ricevuto l'email con il codice di verifica, potrebbe essere che quella non è l'email corretta associata al tuo account. Tuttavia, per poter identificare quale sia l'account a cui ti riferisci, dato che non ricordi lo username, avremmo bisogno di risalire all'email ad esso associata. Potresti indicarci l'URL di un modulo oppure l'ID di un invio che hai raccolto tramite uno dei moduli presenti nel tuo account?
