How to prefill a form?

abbiamo un modulo che alla fine genera un PDF. E' possibile dopo la generazione del PDF mandarlo in firma con la firma digitale?

Intendo il modulo generato con Jotform, già precompilato

Now, coming back to your question, if I understand correctly, you're trying to first fill out the form, and then send the form again, with the prefilled details, to your customer in PDF format to sign. If so, while it's possible to prefill the form with data, it can't be sent to the customer in a PDF format. But, it's possible to prefill your form before sharing it with your customer, and once they fill it out with their signature, they can receive an email with the PDF report.

I checked the RICHIESTA DI VALUTAZIONE CREDITIZIA form from your account and see that the PDF report is already included in the Autoresponder Email. Let me show you how to Prefill your form, and send it to your customer:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Publish tab on the orange navigation bar at the top, and click Prefills on the left side panel.
2. Next, select Manual Prefill, and on the Add New Prefill button.
   
3. Now, start prefilling the fields and click the Send Invitation or Create button on the top right corner of the page. In my example, I'll be using the Create button.
   
4. Now, click on the 3-dot icon on the right of the prefilled entry and either use the Copy URL option to share the URL with your customer through any other 3rd party messaging apps, or use the Send Invitation button to send the link from Jotform.
