Salve, disattivando il PHI sui vari campi nei moduli e svuotando la cache, continua a presistermi l'errore su Good Barber con questa dicitura "you do not have permission to access this data" come posso fare?

    Hi SEISAFE,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Italian Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question. Could you provide the link to the form in question? Additionally, let us know whether the form was created under your account or if you're collaborating on someone else's form. It would also be helpful if you could take a screenshot of the issue and send it to us. We have a guide available here explaining how to do that.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Sto lavorando nell'account di un'altra persona, ecco il link del modulo: https://form.jotform.com/250892739385371 questo è uno dei tanti moduli dove persiste il problema.

    Hi SEISAFE,

Since you are working on someone else's account and encountering the you do not have permission to access this data error related to Protected Health Information (PHI), this issue is likely due to permission restrictions on accessing PHI data in that account.

    Here’s how to address this:

    1. Verify PHI Permissions: The account owner must have enabled HIPAA compliance and granted you the necessary permissions to access PHI data. Without these permissions, you will not be able to view or edit PHI fields.
    2. Check Your User Role: Ensure that your user role in the account has sufficient privileges to access PHI data. Collaborators typically need explicit permission to access sensitive data.
    3. Contact the Account Owner: Ask the account owner to review and adjust your permissions under their account settings, specifically for HIPAA/PHI data access.

Unfortunately, disabling PHI on fields and clearing the cache will not override permission restrictions set by the account owner or Jotform’s HIPAA compliance settings.

Once the proper permissions are granted, the error should no longer appear when accessing the form data.

Reach out again if you have any other questions.
