Ciao penso ci sia stato un errore.
Il mio account è stato disabilitato anche se secondo i conteggi non ha raggiunto le 1.000 risposte mensili.

    Hi Michael,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Italian Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

As for your issue, while the submission count is a primary factor, there are other limits and conditions that could lead to a disabled account.

Possible reasons why the account was disabled due to overlimit of submissions:

    • Upload Space Limit Exceeded: Even if your submission count is within limits, exceeding the allocated upload space (e.g., due to file attachments in forms) can disable your account. Deleting submissions may not immediately free up space if the trash hasn't been emptied. Visit this page How to Delete Form Submission Data.
    • Form Cache Issues: Sometimes, outdated cache can cause discrepancies in account status. Clearing your form cache can resolve such issues.

Although Clearing Your Form Caches isn't done automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

    2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.

    3. In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.
