buongiorno,
abbiamo un problema con il nostro account jotform poichè ci risulta disabilitato e gli ultimi PIA che riusciamo a vedere sono quelli di maggio 2024.

Now, coming back to your question, I checked your account and found that it is active, so it should be working and accessible without issues. As for the forms, I believe you are talking about Pre-Incarico Atto (P.I.A) form, as this is the closest to your description. If PIA means subscriptions, I can see that there was a submission made today, and with that, I can also confirm that the form is active and accessible. Check out the screencast below:
Can you explain a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening? What do you mean when you said your Jotform account appears disabled? Also, what is PIA, and how does it relate to your Jotform account in general? At the same time, how does it relate to the date May 2024? If this is about a form, can you share with us the form's link or URL in question so we can check it for you? It's easy to get a form's link or URL. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
- In the Quick Share menu, the form URL will be shown in the middle of the page, just below Share with Link. Click on the Copy Link button and paste the copied link together with your next reply.

1. On the Support Forum page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.
