As for your question, I was able to see that you were able to acquire the Bronze Plan with the End of Year Discount applied on the account. This made the initial annual charge lower than the regular yearly price. Note that when the plan renews, you will be charged for the full price of the plan.
We understand that this is quite difficult for you so let me reach out to our Relevant Team and check on possible options. We'll get back to you as soon as we get an update from them.

Hi Andrea,
I just heard back from our Relevant Team. We value you as a customer, and as a valued customer we found a way to apply the same discount that was given to you last 2023, especially with the EOY 2024 discount still being offered. Expect a refund amount of $174.00 on your account. Note that the refund will take 7-10 business days to be credited on the same card that was used to pay for the renewal.
