Non riesco a trovare le mie app

Buongiorno, un informazione.

Avevo creato delle APP che includevano dei moduli. Non le trovo più. Vedo che comunque la funzione di creare delle APP esiste ancora.

Devo dedurre che tale funzione sia diventata un'opzione separata dal canone base?

P.S. che fine hanno fatto le mie APP?

Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, if you are referring to the app you created using the App Builder, you can see it under your My Apps. Just make sure that you’re logged into the correct account. Let me show you how to access it:

1. On your My Forms page, click on My Forms text in the upper left corner of the page beside Jotform.
2. Then, click on My Apps. There you will see the list of the apps that you created.

Keep in mind that the ability to create apps remains an integral part of Jotform, and it is not a separate feature outside the base fee. You should still have access to the app creation feature as part of your subscription plan. Now, if you’re still unable to find your apps on My Apps page, it’s possible they were archived.  Let me show how to retrieve your app from archive folder:

1. On your My Apps page, in the menu on the left side of the screen, scroll down and click on Archive.
2. Select the archived app that you want to unarchive, and then click on More.
3. In the dropdown menu, click on Unarchive and that's it. You're done.
