non riesco a vedere i dati dalla app del mio iPhone 14 pro.
sono costretta ogni volta ad aprire i miei dati dal browser.
potete dirmi se c’è qualche problema alla app?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Italian Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
As for your issue, I saw the screenshot you've sent, and it seems that the submissions are showing on your Inbox on your Jotform mobile app. Can you share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

I can look into this for you. I’ll just need access to your account to do that. Don't worry, you can disable that again after we're done checking things out. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In the upper-right corner of your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the small window that opens, click on Settings.3. In the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.
4. Then, on the bottom-right side of the page, toggle Jotform Support Access to the On position.After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

Ma ho dovuto intervenire da browser.
Da browser funziona tutto perfettamente e vedo gli invii, è dalla app che
non vedo gli ultimi 6 invii.

I cloned your form and tested it on the iPhone 15 Jotform mobile app to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:
As you can see, I was able to view the submissions on the Jotform mobile app. Can you try uninstalling and reinstalling the Jotform mobile app on your device to see if it's going to work? If the issue still persists, can you try using a different device to see if you can view the submissions on your form?
