Problema Email di risposta automatica

    Salve. Ho impostato una Email di Risposta Automatica per le iscrizioni al mio form, ma gli iscritti dicono di non riceverla. Ho provato a modificare le impostazioni, ma non arriva lo stesso. Non arriva neanche quella di prova al mio indirizzo email.

    Cosa posso fare?

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your email address in our email logs, and it appears that emails are failed to copy right logo. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    Can you try to remove the image from your autoresponder and notification emails and test it again?
