buonasera,
devo rinnovare l'abbonamento ma è stato rifiutato il pagamento,
ho messo pay pal e poi ho anche rimesso la carta ma mi da errore.

Now, coming back to your question, you can update the card in your account. Make sure that the card you're using has enough funds, so it won't fail. Your account will automatically renew the subscription. You can update your Credit Card Information in just a few easy steps. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile image on the top-right side of the page.
2. In the menu that comes up, click on Settings.
3. Next, go to the Billing tab.
4. Click on Change Credit Card.
5. Enter the details in the Credit Card Information window.
6. Now, just click on Update to save the changes.
