Buonasera,
Nel pacchetto free vedo che è possibile inviare 100 moduli al mese,
dopo 8 invii mi viene chiesto di passare a PRO.
Si tratta sicuramente di un errore, ma non capisco come continuare ad usare il modulo per i 92 invii che avrei da contratto.
Vi chiedo di farmi sapere quanto prima,

Now, coming back to your question, I understand the confusion regarding the submission limit. I checked your account linked to the email contratti@battikuore.com, and I see that it’s not the submission limit you’ve reached, but rather the limit for Signed Documents. This refers to the total number of signing processes completed across all your Sign documents that your account can have each month.
For the Starter (Free) Plan, the limit is 10 Signed Documents every month, and your current usage is at 10. These numbers normally will reset at the beginning of the next month. You can check your exact monthly usage reset date from your View Your Usage page.
Keep in mind that deleting or purging submissions, signed documents, or payment submissions won’t reset these counts. When you reach any of the monthly limits, the system will disable your forms on the scheduled date mentioned in the email you received. Your forms will also show the Form over quota message.
You can either wait for the monthly reset or upgrade your account to increase your limits. Alternatively, you can disable the Enable Jotform Sign Automation, which will count signatures toward your monthly submission limit instead. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, go to the Settings tab in the top navigation bar.
2. Click Jotform Sign in the left sidebar.
3. Toggle Enable Jotform Sign Automation to OFF.
Now, if you’d like to upgrade, let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. On the Pricing page, choose the plan you want to buy.
3. In the popup window, choose either a Monthly or Yearly payment schedule and either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method.
Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:
After you click on Continue, you'll need to enter your Credit/Debit Card details.
If you choose to use PayPal, you’ll get redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete the payment. But, you mentioned that you've checked your stats and server log. I can look into that if you send a screenshot of what you're seeing on your end. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.
