Non riesco a trovare il mio modulo

Buongiorno, non so cosa sia successo ...

Avevo distribuito un modulo per la compilazione dell'inventario ma non essendomi arrivate risposte ho verificato sul portale ...

Il modulo è sparito (sono quasi certo di averlo creato con l'account segretario@) e se provo a clonarlo il sistema è in errore.

Now, coming back to your question, I checked the form link you've shared and it's a Google form. Can you please provide us with the Form URL in the account you are referring to so I can check what's going on? It's possible that it may have been archived or in the trash. Can you also check your Trash/ Archive folder as well? Let me show you how:
