Now, coming back to your question, I wasn't able to locate any Jotform accounts related to your email. Furthermore, I am unable to locate any payments on your screenshot that look like it came from Jotform. To locate your account, can you please provide us with the following information:
- Amount charged
- Transaction date
- Last four digits of your card
- Expiration date of your card
- Type of card(Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.)
This information will help us locate the related account and take further action.
