    The system, at the login, returns "wrong username or password", but without receiving the password recovery email we cannot proceed. Is it possible to somehow delete the account elena_ierardi@libero.it or reset the password from backoffice?

    Hi canavesanatagli,

    Unfortunately, for security reasons, we can't make any changes to the account if the request hasn't been made by the owner of the account. I can see that the email of the account has been verified, so the user should be able to receive the emails.

    Could you ask them to Whitelist Jotform IPs and Domains and try again to send the reset email after clicking on the Forgot Password button?The system, at the login, returns wrong username or password Image 1 Screenshot 20
