Tables: allow collaborators to edit the Ascending and Descending order of the entries

Nella tabella che sotto allego, non è possibile per il collaboratore impostare un ordine ascendente e discendente delle colonne e lo può fare solo l'admin.

E' possibile risolvere il problema?

Grazie per aver contattato il supporto tecnico di Jotform. Purtroppo no, le impostazione di Tabelle, non possono essere modificate dai collaboratori. Tuttavia, se imposti l'ordine discendente o ascendente tramite l'account del proprietario, questo verrà riflesso anche quando il collaboratore visualizza la tabella.

Peccato perchè sarebbe stato molto utile, ora ogni volta un collaboratore dovrà richiedermi di modificare l'ordine. E' comunque un disagio e perdita di tempo

Thank you for your patience. This is Akin from the Jotform Tables Team.

I’m happy to share that our engineering team has resolved this issue. Shared users can now sort data in Jotform Tables, whether they have Collaborator or Read-only roles.

Please note that only the owner’s sort settings are saved. For shared users, sorting works on the front end only and won’t be saved by the system. As a result, their sort settings will reset after a page refresh.
