Hi lpassicurazionisas,
Our Italian Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, It seems hat the PDF attachment option is not enabled on your form, but you have enabled the Send File Uploads as attachments instead. You need to select the Attach PDF option, where you will also be given the option to select the PDF that you want to attach to your Notification Email:
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi lpassicurazionisas,
I made a test on a cloned form but could not replicate the issue, I was able to receive the attachments:
Could you try deleting your Notification Email, then add it again? Let me walk you through it:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. On the right side of the Notification field, click on the Trash Can icon, and delete the existing Notification Email.
Now that we've removed the old Notification Email, we'll just add a new one. Let's do it:
1. While you're still under the Emails tab on the left side of the page in Form Builder, click on Add Email.
2. Next, select Notification Email.
3. Click on the Recipients tab and enter your email address in the Recipient Email field.
4. Now, just click on Save and you're done.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

Hi lpassicurazionisas,
Note that only the attachments with a size up to 5MB are attached to the emails, all the others are sent as links. Unfortunately, we can't see from your side if the attachments are included in the emails or not. It may be possible that your provider is blocking or not displaying them.
To solve this issue, you can set up your own SMTP. Using it you should be able to receive the attachments as files in your email body. Let me show you how:
- Go to your Account Settings page.
- Click on the Add Sender Email button.
- Fill out all the details and click on Save Email..
You can check out this guide about How to Set up SMTP for a Form. Once done, you can add this sender to your form. Here's how to do it:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings and select Emails.
- Click on the Pencil icon next to the email.
- In the Advanced tab scroll down to the Sender Email section and select your SMTP from the dropdown.
Depending on your SMTP settings, the size of the files that can be attached increases. For example, Gmail allows attachments up to 25MB.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
