Buonasera, i miei clienti accedono sull'app, ma dopo 3-5 volte che vanno sull'app devono accedere di nuovo. Non si potrebbe fare che accedono solo una volta e quando entrano nell'app c'è sempre memorizzato il loro account? GRAZIE MILLE!!!!!!!!

Now, let me help you with your question. Can you explain a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening? If I understood correctly, when they access your Jotform app, do they require to login to their Jotform account? If so, please provide the form URL or app URL so we can check it out.
If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that'll help us to understand better what’s going on. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Support Forum:
1. On the Support Forum page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.
2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.
3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.
4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.
5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

ma dopo un po' di volte che vado sulla mia app ritorna così

Hi Matteo,
Have you tried reinstalling the app to see if that'll make any improvement on the session time-out? Also note that if you are sharing your login information with another person or using different browsers, unfortunately, you will be logged out when you log in to a different browser or device. This is a security feature that Jotform provides, as well as a restriction set in Jotform accounts which only allows one person to use an account.
