Il mio form si apre correttamente su android ma non su iphone, è come se non caricasse la pagina; come posso risolvere?

Now, coming back to your question, I tested your form using Safari on an iPhone, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:
Can you try it again and see how it goes? I have cleared your form cache to address any minor issues. If the problem persists, please consider using a different browser or opening an incognito window in Google Chrome. Clearing your browser cache will also be a great help for resolving this error.
