Now, coming back to your question, Yes, you can restore deleted forms, but we’ll need to do that on the Desktop version of Jotform instead of the Jotform Mobile App. It's easy, let me show you how:

• Open your My Forms page.
• In the menu on the left side of the page, scroll down and click on Trashed.
• Choose the deleted form that you want to restore and then click on Restore.

Now, that form will be in your list of forms on your My Forms page. Also, keep in mind the system automatically deletes the trashed forms after 30 days. In this case, you can no longer recover them. You also cannot restore forms that you intentionally purged from your Trash folder.
