Dati crittografati: i dati sono incomprensibili

sto cercando di creare un report dai dati di un modulo che ho creato, ma sia il file excel che il pdf risulta illeggibile con caratteri strani.

Come posso fare per avere i dati giusti?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. This happens because your form data is encrypted. Excel download is not available as a feature on Encrypted Forms. You can disable the Encryption on your form if you wish to download the submission's data in Excel format. But, please understand that this action will only affect future submissions. Encrypted data is permanently encrypted.
