Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I tried to transfer the form to the account associated with the email address form@b-cer.it, but the system is not allowing me since the account is not on the EU Server. But no worries, to fix this, you just need to inform the account owner form@b-cer.it to store their data to the EU Sever. Let me show you how:
1. They should log in to their account and hover their mouse to their Profile/Avatar.
2. Click on Data on the left side of the page.
3. Check the Europe Datacenter option from the list. The Transfer of Data to the EU modal should open up.
4. In the modal, click the Move to EU button.
Once done, just get back to us on this thread, so we can proceed with the transfer of the form. Also, note that if you created custom URLs for your forms, the custom URLs will not be retained, since the forms are already associated with a different username. If this is the case, you just need to create a new custom URL for your forms.
As soon as we hear back from you, we can move forward with this.
