Ciao,
ho un problema con l'esportazione degli invii dei miei moduli.
Ho aggiornato i moduli con informazioni e format diversi ma quando vado a esportare in qualsiasi formato (csv. excel, pdf) gli invii ricevuti riscontro che le informazioni esportate hanno ancora il format vecchio.
Come mai non si aggiorna il tutto?

Now, coming back to your question, It sounds like your form submissions are still showing the old format when you export them. To fix this, try refreshing the Submissions Table after updating your form by going to the Submissions page and making sure it shows the most recent version of your form. Here's how:
- In My Forms Page, select the form.
- Now click on the Submissions.
- This will open the Submission Table of that form (This will ensure that the table shows the most recent version of your form fields)
Additionally, clearing the form cache in your Jotform account settings can help ensure the updates are properly applied. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.
3. In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.
