I need to access the account urgently and the system is blocked for many attempts to login in
The password I am sure was correct but the system said was wrong and blocked the account for few hours but as I said I need data urgently
The reset password (always worked) does not work

Hi Mario,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. After checking, it appears that you're under a Guest account. Note that guest accounts are temporary accounts with one-time login only. You can use the same email address from your Guest account to create a Starter account using this link. But if you're referring to a different account, please provide us the email address or username associated with it so we can check it.

I need to access
The account name is mediaforhealth.
The issue started today when the login fail saying that the password was wrong.
I reset the password and now I can enter but the account is empty ….
Please I need support because I have module with clients details for booking flight tickets.

The username mediaforhealth is associated with the email address ma**o.m**ri@vi**ct**.i*. Please log in on this link by entering the username mediaforhealth or the email address I've mentioned.
