COME CREARE UN SITO PER LA REGISTRAZIONE IN PALESTRA?

Buonasera, sono Marchi Ludovica e sto provando ad usare jotform per la mia palestra. Volevo creare un modulo per la prenotazione delle persone nella sala corsi.

La sala consente un massimo di 18 persone, ho creato degli elenchi a risposta multipla (allego sotto la foto per far capire meglio).

Volevo sapere se c'è la possibilità per ogni casella, di raggiungere massimo 18 click, dopo di che far si che non sia più possibile prenotare.

Nel caso la risposta multipla non avesse questa opzione, c'è qualche altro modo in cui posso impostare la pagina?

Now, coming back to your question, are you referring to the count of how many times each option was clicked or selected per submission? Unfortunately, there’s no way to restrict the number of times each options can be clicked or selected. Unfortunately, the multiple-choice field only allows you to restrict the number of selections. As a workaround, you can use the Ticket Purchases widget, which lets you set a quantity limit for each option. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. Under the Widgets tab, enter Ticket Purchases in the search bar, and drag and drop the widget to your form.
