L'immagine aggiornata non si riflette nell'email di notifica

    buongiorno, vi contatto perchè dopo aver modificato l'immagine di intestazione del modulo quando ricevo il modulo compilato per mail visualizzo ancora l'immagine vecchia (errata) e non quella nuova.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Italian Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, you'd need to manually update the image in the notification email. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. Click on Emails in the menu on the left side of the page.
    3. Hover your mouse over the Notification element and click on the Pencil icon.

    4. Select the image and press the Delete on your keyboard.
    5. Upload the new image and then click on Save. That's it.
