Let me get back to your question. Our system shows that you have deleted some fields, including the name field. Please know that if you remove a field from your form, the data associated with that field also be removed. Also, once the data is removed, it's not possible to recover those data. You can download your submissions, or you can take a backup to avoid this kind of situation.
