Come posso risolvere?
Grazie -

Hi Feniarco,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Itlaian Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I can see that your form language is English. I tried to replicate the issue, but it seems the language is in English. Take a look at the screenshot below:
Can you try to temporarily change the language of your account? Here's how to do it:
- On your My Forms page, click on your Profile Image/Avatar icon.
- In the window that opens, click on Settings.
- Click on the Edit button on the right of Language.
- Select English from the dropdown and click on Save.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
