Hi, I need to change the email address my Jotform is linked to. But when I try it tries to send a code to my old email address to confirm the change in email.
But the account it's trying to send the code to no longer exists. It's SHUT DOWN. I don't have access to it anymore.

Hi! I get an error message that my e-mail address is on "the bounce list" which makes sense because it was deleted by my employer and replaced with a new one. When I try to change it, I am prompted to enter a code sent to me to the address I no longer have access to. There is no option to have the code sent to the backup e-mail address. I tried to fill in the recovery form, but it was rejected. I don't have a clue when I last used Jotform prior to today, and the rest of the questions. Please help.

I was just trying to remove my email from this account because another guy is taking over these forms. It told me I had to change my password to do this and so I did. Anyhow, the login is still the old email “jzra***sp***ts@g***l.com” with the new password and I logged in to see if ut worked and it did but the forms are all gone. (The old password was but is my son’s name and I don’t want the new guy to know we use it as a password)

J'avais un compte GRATUIT et je ne souhaite pas en payer un. Il a été suspendu car, en tant qu'agent de voyages, nous utilisons des formulaires d'autorisation de carte de crédit, ce qui est interdit. Je serais donc ravi de pouvoir récupérer mon compte GRATUIT. Je n'utilise pas de formulaire d'autorisation de carte de crédit.

I had a FREE account I do not wish to pay for an account. It was suspended because as a Travel Agent we use credit card authorization forms and you do not allow that. So if I can have FREE account back I would appreciate it. Not using credut card authorization form.
