How to Move Your Forms and Other Assets to Your Jotform Team

Moving your existing Forms, AI Agents, Boards, and other assets to Jotform Teams helps keep everything organized and accessible to your team. It simplifies collaboration, provides better control over resources, and removes the need to manage individual permissions.

Moving an Individual Asset to Your Team

You can move Forms, Tables, Apps, Sign Documents, Workflows, Reports, Boards, and AI Agents individually to a Team Workspace. Here’s how to do it:

1. On your My Workspace page, click the asset you want to move.
2. Then, click on Move to Team in the menu at the top of the page.

3. In the Dropdown menu that opens, select the Team you want to move your asset to, and then click on Move to This Team.

4. Now, in the Confirmation window that opens, click on Move and you’re all set.

Moving Multiple Assets to Your Jotform Team

You can also move multiple assets to your Team at once, just make sure they’re all of the same type. Here’s how to do it:

1. On your My Workspace page, click on Type at the top and in the Dropdown menu that opens, uncheck the boxes next to all the assets except the one that you want to move, so only they’ll be shown on the page. For example, Forms.

2. Now, tick the boxes next to the assets you want to move.
3. Then, in the menu that comes up at the top of the page, click on Move to Team.

4. In the Dropdown menu that opens, select the Team you want to move your asset to, and then click on Move to This Team.

5. Now, in the Confirmation window that opens, click on Move, and you’re all set.
