Jotform Sign is the electronic signature solution that provides the easiest, most automated, and most cost-effective way to digitize paper-based signature processes for small and midsize businesses who want to digitize their works for more time and cost-efficiency.
What Is an Electronic Signature?
As defined by the ESIGN Act, an electronic signature means an electronic sound, symbol, or process, attached to or logically associated with a contract or other record and executed or adopted by a person intending to sign the record.
Is It Legally Binding?
E-signatures are legally binding in many countries. However, keep in mind that different countries have different laws.
In the United States, the ESIGN Act states that electronic signatures are fully legal as long as all parties agree to use them. In addition to the ESIGN Act, the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act outlines the use of e-signatures. Similar legislation exists in the European Union.
Does Jotform Sign Offer Legally Binding Signatures?
As an eSIGN and UETA compliant eSignature product, Jotform Sign helps users to create legally binding signature flows. Users can upload their documents, add fillable fields on the document, assign the fields to different signers and create flows to collect signatures.
Now that you’re informed about the legitimacy and ease of electronic signatures, it’s time to experience the simplicity of Jotform Sign for yourself.

Hi,
I am looking at your pricing and have a question. We are thinking of using Jotform for our Guest waivers. So, every guest who comes to the pool would read the guest waiver document and sign it.
The pool is only open from Memorial Day through Labor Day (three months). So, in the pricing, would each signed guest waiver count as a signed document or a submission? We could have over 100 guests sign a waiver each month, maybe over 250 guests. June would be the busiest month since we open that month, and guests only need to sign one guest waiver a year. Please advise what plan would work for us. We are a non-profit organization.
