Jotform allows you to generate RSS feeds for form submissions, keeping you updated on new entries in real time. Since RSS follows a standard XML format, you can use it to fetch submission data, integrate it with other applications, or automate workflows effortlessly. This makes it a powerful tool for tracking form activity without constantly checking your Jotform account.
Generating an RSS Listing Report is quick and simple. Here’s how to do it:
- On your My Workspace page, click on Type at the top and in the Dropdown menu that opens, uncheck the boxes next to all the assets except Forms, so only they’ll be shown on the page.
- Now, click on the form that you want to generate an RSS Listing Report for.
- In the menu at the top of the page, click on Reports.
- Then, click on Add New Report.
As an alternative, you can also click on More on the right side of the screen and in the Dropdown menu, click on Create Report.
- On the Create Report page that opens, click on RSS Listing.
- Next, set up the following options:
- Report Name — Enter a name for your RSS report.
- Fields — Select the form fields to include in the feed.
- Report Configurations — Enable or disable additional report settings the way you want them.
- Password Protection — Secure your RSS feed with a password (optional).
- Now, click on Create at the bottom of the page, and you’re all set.
You’ll then be prompted that the RSS Listing Report is ready, and now you can do the following things:
- Copy Link Button — Copy the RSS listing report to your clipboard.
- Open Report Button — Open the RSS listing report in a new tab.
- X Button — Close the RSS report window.
If your RSS report is password-protected, you’ll need to append ?passKey={your_password} to the feed URL when accessing it in an RSS reader or program. Check out the example below:

Note
The RSS listing report is generated in XML format, which may not be easily readable on its own. To view the data in a structured format, open the report link in an RSS reader. A recommended option is QuiteRSS, a free and open-source RSS reader.

Thanks great article, although never heard of ONEBIP, will check it. I personally started to use recently G2A PAY, and for other webshop PayPal, no issues with any till know! However, this little known payment gateway (G2A PAY) surprised in a positive way. First, the integration was super fast, literally took my name and phone only, secondly (and what attracted me the most) is the long list of payment options offered both global (like Skrill or even Bitcoin) and local, depending on regions you are targeting.

I have Paypal Payments Pro installed on my forms and used it for several years with no problem, but recently I painfully discovered that PayPal offers little protection against chargebacks. Can you mention any other payment processor that can be integrated with Jotform that might offer better chargeback protection? Any link to more info on this issue?

in your email newsletter you showed this form where the customer can choose between
1. Visa/Master/Amex/Discover and
2. PayPal

PayPal has stopped its operations in Turkey. Other payment processors are not suitable for small businesses in Turkey. I think you need to work on alternatives.(iyzico)

Google Reader, linked on this page, has been discontinued. You might want to reword that bit of direction.
