Hello
I would like to Integrate Google Calendar form with several Google Calendars
It says choose calendar in the agenda app but i can only add one
it would be great to add several calendars so when the person choose a date it goes to the calendar correct calendar

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, at this time the integration with Google Calendar only allows for one calendar per form, meaning all appointments/schedules will go to the same calendar. One possible workaround for this is to have one main form and based on the answers there, they can be redirected to a different form with the schedule, so you have one form for each Google Calendar.
For example, you would set up three forms. One main form to redirect and two other forms with the different Google Calendar integrations. Let me show you how:
- Set up your first form, referred to here as Main Form, to contain a question about the region or neighborhood. Click on the Add Form Element + menu on the left side of the page, and under the Basic tab, add a Dropdown element to your form by clicking on it.
Now set up the forms with the individual Appointment fields and integrate them with the corresponding Google Calendars.
- Now, go to Settings in the orange navigation bar in your Main Form and click on Conditions.
- Add conditions for the Thank You Page to redirect to a different URL. The conditions look like this in my example:
Use the links to your region forms in the URL field. The result should work like this:

That will make me use 3 formulars just for one subject, and i only have 5
that's not good
please add the google multiple agenda in your update

Wow what an effort for something that should have been simple...
I have managed to get multiple calendars working with the direct jotform / google calendar integration.
The calendar selection is based on an answer to a question.
The answer must match the calendars exact name.
The gmail account signing the integration must have access to the same calendars.
If jotforms appointment scheduler allowed the appointment start time and finish time to be sent separately rather than one string of information, data connectors like Make and Zapier would be able to understand them.

We are thrilled to announce new Google Calendar features. With the new version of the integration, you can integrate your form with multiple Google Calendar accounts. You can check out the steps below to learn how to add multiple actions to sync form with different calendars:
- After setting up the first action, click on + Add New Action in the Google Calendar Integration window.
- Click on Create Event or Create Event with Google Meet.
- Click on Use another account, then authenticate to the other account.
After matching your form fields with Google Calendar fields, you can save your integration. This allows you to design multiple workflows while keeping everything synced.
You can also use Jotform Workflow for multi-calendar integration:
- In Workflow Builder, click on Google Calendar under the Integrations tab.
- For each action, you can select Create Event or Create Event with Google Meet.
- Also, you can select one of the existing account, or click on Use another account to proceed with new Google accounts.
