formulaire inactif alors que de l'espace de stockage est disponible

mon formulaire a été désactivé car il n'y avait plus d'espace de stockage.

j'ai supprimé des soumissions définitivement, vidé le cache du formuaire et il n'est pourtant pas réactivé, pourriez vous m'aider ?

It seems there may have been a delay in updating your account's upload space usage after you permanently deleted the submissions.
