Bonjour
Cordialement
Judith Lerbier

Hi judith.lerbier,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. To verify, do you need to add sub-users within the same account? If yes, please note that this is an unavailable option for the standard plans. You can upgrade to enterprise if you need to have multiple log in for the same account. To do that, you need to get in touch with our sales team via this link. Fill out the form and our team will get in touch with you via the email address you have used.
Or you can also collaborate on the form with other users. Let me show you how:
- On the top right side of the Form Builder page, click on Add Collaborators.
- In the window that pops up, click on Copy Link and you're done.
You can also collaborate on the submissions page with them.
1. On the Jotform Tables page, click on the Share button.
2. Click on Share Settings and select Private Table, so only people you invite will be able to see your Tables. You can also set the default role of the invitation link as either Read-Only or Collaborator. Let me explain the difference between those:
- Read Only means that only people you invite will be able to see your Tables.
- Collaborator means that anyone you invite will be able to see and edit the data, but they won't be able to adjust or change the table settings.
3. Now, use the Generated Link or the Invite by Email feature to invite people.
And lastly, you can also share the inbox with them.
- On your Jotform Inbox page, click on the Share button on the top-right side of the page.
- In the Share This Inbox window, click on Settings.
- In the Settings window, click on Private Access.
- Scroll down the list and click on Collaborator in the Permissions section, and then click on Go Back.
- In the Share This Inbox window, click on Copy Link to share your Inbox page via email or use the Invite By Email option.
If you want make it so that people can only edit their submissions, You can use the Allow Submission Editing feature in Form Builder to do that. Let me show you how:
- On the Form Builder page, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- Click on Form Settings in the menu on the left side of the page.
- Scroll down and click on Allow Submission Editing and select Enable.
Reach out again if you have any more questions.

Hello
Sorry I was not clear. My point is that I want to create several account with several email addresses and give them access to a form.
But after I have created 2 accounts I have an error message You have reached register attempt limit.
How can I do to create the accounts for my colleagues (I need to create the accounts because I need to be the owner of the passwords)
Thank you for your feedback
Best regards

Hello Judith,
Thanks for getting back to us. Upon checking, you are getting this message "You have reached register attempt limit" due to spam protection in place to avoid you creating multiple accounts. In this case, you can use the Incognito Mode of Chrome or other browsers to create a new account.
Reach out to us again if you need more help.

Hello
maybe I don't use it properly but I still have the same issue with the incognito mode
I can't even create one account
it's a pity because I have to wait hours between 2 attempts
