I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

As for your request, I've successfully updated your username to nfantino. Please log out and log in using your new username. Also, If you are using a custom URL for your form, it will no longer work since the username will be changed. You will need to change the URL to have the new username in it instead.
