Plusieurs questions

Bonjour , afin de cerner ma question, une mise en situation s'impose. J'ai créé un formulaire avec JOT FORM dans le cadre de la société événementielle que j'ai créée. Ma société est basée sur 3 axes :

• Prestation DJ
• Prestation vidéaste/photographe
• Location de matériel évènementiel

Avec le formulaire que j'ai créé, je recenses toutes soirées, évent que la société. Je rencontre les clients et encode en direct les données via mon ordinateur. J'aimerais faire quelques améliorations mais je ne sais pas si votre formulaire peut y répondre :

• Comme j'ai 3 grands axes, Chaque axes à son lot de champs d'information à remplir . Des fois certains axes n'ont pas besoin d'apparaître dans le formulaire car pas besoin de location ou d'un vidéaste par exemple J'ai créé un champ à cocher avec les 3 prestations . Est il possible de faire disparaitre temporairement les champs ne concernant pas l'évent ? par exemple pour un event je sais que je n'ai pas besoin de photographe. donc je peux dès lors uniquement cocher les la prestation dj et la location ce qui m'enlève plein de champs à remplir pour la prestation photographe.
• Je n'arrive pas à retrouver l'ensemble de mes champs dans les colonnes du tableau général . Est ce normale ?
• Sur la version gsm, l'application s'arrête au 29 juillet, impossible de faire apparaître les suivantes. c'est assez embêtant ??

Now, let me help you with your question. Jotform's Conditions feature lets you show questions based on the answers that people gave. Let me show you how to set it up:

1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your form and click on Edit Form.
2. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu and drag-drop the fields you want to use as follow-up questions (Short Text fields are used in this example).
3. Click on the Type a Question text and change it to the question you want to use.

Now, let's set up the conditions:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. Click on Conditions on the left of the page.
3. Now, click on Add a New Condition and then click on Show/Hide Field.
4. Set the conditions like you see below:

• IF: Do you have a dog or a cat? (this is the question that has the choice that the form submitter needs to select)
• STATE: Is Equal To
• VALUE: Dog (the first choice)
• DO: Show
• FIELD: What is the name of your dog? (the follow-up question that you want to show)
