Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, injecting Custom CSS code and making the form the form background transparent in the Card layout. But you can try switching to the Classic layout where you can make your form background transparent. You can check out this guide How to Make the Form Background Transparent. We can also try to reproduce the form design you have in your Card form using CSS code.
