Bonjour,
Pourriez vous svp remettre à jour notre capacité de stockage. J'ai supprimé les soumissions y compris dans la corbeille mais le stockage ne s'actualise pas.

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
As for your request, all your forms are accessible, and none of the limits are reached, including the Upload Space, which is only at 15 MB of the 100 MB limit. Can you please confirm whether you're experiencing any limits-related issues on your forms? If yes, it'll help if you can share the URL of the form or a screenshot of the issue. You may also want to consider clearing your form caches, or using another browser and see if the issue persists.
