Bonjour,
J'ai un soucis avec l'un de mes formulaires. J'ai upgradé mon profil en "argent" il y a 15 jours/3 semaines.
J'ai 2 formulaires en ligne et à ce jour un total de 480 soumissions. Seulement lorsque mes clients clique sur le formulaire "passager", il y a ce message "quota atteint" : https://form.jotform.com/231011342054336
Pouvez vous revenir vers moi au plus tôt ?

Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I understand you are having an issue with one of the forms showing a quota error despite not reaching your submission limits. I have cleared the form cache in your account and that solved the problem. Check out the screenshot of my results:
