Bonjour,
Je vous contacte, car j'ai un problème avec le formulaire (l'affichage du formulaire).
- Ce selon ça, on a dépassé l quota, mais ce n'est pas possible, parce que ce mois-ci, on a eu seulement 26 soumissions.

Or, if you'd prefer to receive support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
To answer your question, I am sorry you are having issues with your form. When I checked your account the monthly submission current usage is 29/1000. Also, I checked the form and didn't encounter any warning message that the form is over quota. Check out the screencast below:
I have cleared your form cache. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
