Problème avec le widget Inventaire

    Bonjour,

    dans mon formulaire j'ai mis le wdget inventaire pour pouvoir suivre en temps réel le nombre de billet d'autobus que je donne. Le problème est que lorsque je veux remettre la quantité initiale soit 300 billets, la quantité reste celle d'avant sur le formulaire (par exemple 297). Même si je retire les entrées dans le tableur, le widget ne revient toujours pas à 300. Pouvez-vous m'aider ?

    Hi DestinationQc,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our French Support is currently not available so I'll be responding to your concern in English. If you prefer to receive help in your native language, please let us know and we'll forward your ticket to our French Support Team but there will be a delay in getting a reply.

    I've tested the Inventory widget and it seems that the stock will not return back to its original count if you did not completely purge the submission in your Jotform Table Trash Entries. I've checked your form and I can see that you have 5 submissions in your Trashed Entries. Can you please purge them and check if the Inventory widget will show 300 again? Let me show you how:

    • Go to your Jotform Tables by clicking the Form Builder menu beside the Jotform logo.
    • On the Jotform Tables, click the three dots beside the tab name and select Trashed Entries.

    • Select All submission then click Delete Forever.
