Bonjour, Jotform nous demande des ''authentification code'' constamment
Nous avons déjà un mot de passe. Pouvez vous faire cesser ces demandes svp ? C'est une énorme perte de temps pour nous et c'est un réel problème

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our French support is currently not available at the moment. If you prefer to receive help in your native language, please let us know and we'll forward your ticket to our French Support Team. But for now, Kindly allow us to assist you in English. The system might have detected that there's something unusual about your recent login attempts so you're being required to enter the authentication code. These Authentication codes are triggered when other devices are logging on to your account to verify that the user logging in is the real owner.
Unfortunately, this setting cannot be disabled at the moment. If you need to have multiple users under your account, it's only available in our Jotform Enterprise plan. You can reach out to our Enterprise Sales Team on this page if you want to know more about the Enterprise plan.
