    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To switch to annual plan, please follow the steps below:

    1. Hover your mouse on your profile picture.
    2. Click on Settings, then click on Billing.
    3. Click on Bronze, then follow the prompt to change your Billing cycle.

    If you wish to take advantage of our discount pricing, we can help you cancel your current subscription, downgrade your account to Free and issue a refund. After that, you can upgrade to Bronze yearly with discount pricing.

Then, you can upgrade to our discounted price. However, please note that the discount pricing is only applicable for yearly plan.
