Payments are not Translated into English

Where an I find English support? I am facing an issue with PayPal, but the whole Jotform website is in French. Our payments are not translated into Swedish and I need someone to help me with this.

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Changing the language of the Jotform webpage is easy. Let me show you how:

• On your My Forms page, click on your Profile Avatar icon.

• In the window that opens, click on Paramètres (Settings).
• In the Paramètres tab, click on Modifier (Edit) in the Langue (Language) section.
• Select your language, and click on Save.

As to your second question, you can change your forms language from your form settings. As Swedish translation isn't available at the moment, you'll have to do it manually. Let me show you how:

1. Click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. Click on Show More Options and select Translations.
3. Select your form's current language, and click on Edit in the Translations section.
4. Click on the +Add Form Language button, and fill out the blanks so that your translations will apply when form fillers select Swedish from the language dropdown in the upper right corner.
