Nous aimerons savoir pour un fomulaire avec notre formule choisie, nous avons la possibilité de faire combien de soumission par mois et par formulaire ?

What you would like to know is the number of submissions that you can receive per form. If this is correct, the answer is that you may receive as many submissions depending on the limits set in your account. This means that the submissions count is cumulative to all your forms.

Example: Form1 received 10 submissions, Form2 receved 5 sumissions, thus your account received 15 submissions in total and this will count to your limits.
