Bonsoir , je ne parvenais pas à écrire dans le champ destiné aux explications;
QUand lune personne complète et soumet le formulaire, le formulaire ne fait pas apparaître les conditions pourtant paramétrées.

Hi Enelym,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I will help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I cloned and tested the form but wasn't able to replicate the difficulty. I selected the option dépôt-vente / Rachat for the question Comment pourriez-vous aider l'association? and I got the correct custom Thank you page:
One thing I noticed is that the question Comment pourriez-vous aider l'association? is a multiple-choice question. So users can select more than one option on the field, and then the conditions will not work.
What you can do is to allow the multiple choice field to allow only one selection. Let's walk together to see how to set that up:
- On your Form Builder, click the field gear icon to open properties.
- Click the Surveying tab.
- In the Entry Limits section, change minimum to 0 and maximum to 1.
This will let the conditions work on your form. Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

JE suis désolée mais ça ne marche toujours pas bien que j'ai fait ce que vous m'avez conseillé.
Les conditions n'apparaissent toujours pas.
De plus, il y a un problème avec le message de remerciements, voir la capture d'écran jointe.

I cloned your form and tried to replicate the issue, but everything worked the way it should. Check out my results in the screencast below:
Can you share a quick screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can upload it to Google Drive, Dropbox, or record with Loom and send us the link. Can I also ask your permission to do a test submission to your form?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this

Hi Enelym,
It looks like the Drive link access isn't set to public, so we are unable to view the screencast:
But, I have submitted test submissions on your form and was able to replicate this issue:
When I tried to clone your form and submit on the newly cloned form, the issue resolved by itself:
This issue may be form specific. Could you try to clone your form, then test again in the newly cloned form? Cloning an Existing Form From a URL is easy. Let me walk you through it:
1. On your My Workspace page, click on Create on the top-left side of the page.
2. Select Form from the assets, and then click on Import Form.
3. In the next window, click on From a Web Page.
4. Paste the form link into the Enter URL field and click on Create Form.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
