Demande de fonctionnalité : désactiver l'assistance Podo AI sur le compte

J'ai réglé plusieurs fois ce paramètre mais je n'arrive pas à l'enregistrer pour que ça reste. Merci pour votre aide .

Now, coming back to your question, can you confirm if you're referring to removing the Podo AI Agent that pops out when you log in to your account? If yes, the Podo AI chat interface will only show if you click it. Check out the screenshot below for the result:

Unfortunately, it's not currently possible to permanently disable or hide the Podo AI chatbot. While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
