Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, if I understood it correctly, you want the days of the week translated. If so, you need to update this from the PDF Editor. Let me show you how:

1. In PDF Editor, select the Date Picker Field and click on the Gear icon on the bottom side of the Date Picker Field.
2. In the menu on the right side that opens up, click on the Options Tab. 
3. Scroll down to the Days and change the names to the translation. You can change the month as well, optionally. These changes are saved automatically.
