Bonjour,
Plusieurs utilisateurs de mon formulaire se retrouvent avec l’erreur "Your IP address has been banned". Mon formulaire est destiné à une collecte d’inscriptions légitime (aucune tentative de phishing).
Pouvez-vous vérifier et débloquer ces accès ? Merci beaucoup.

Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I have whitelisted your IP address and successfully removed it from the ban list. Generally, the IP address gets blocked when an account is suspended by our anti-phishing system. This isn't necessarily your account. There may be another user who may have created a Jotform account using the same IP address and created a form violating our terms of usage. As I check your IP address, there are multiple accounts created using it.
