    Bonjour,

J'ai bien vidé le jotform ainsi que la corbeille mais il indique toujours over-quota.

Pouvez-vous faire le nécessaire pour débloquer la situation svp

    Bonne journée

    Hi romaincapelas78,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, I checked your account and saw that you've consumed more upload space than limit for Starter (Free) plans. To confirm, were you able to remove the submissions from the trash folder as well? If you haven't yet, here's how to delete your trashed submissions in Jotform Tables:

    1. In Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dots icon next to your form title in the tabs.
    2. In the dropdown menu, click on Trashed Entries to open the Trash menu.
    3. Then, in the Trash menu on the right, click on the Checkboxes to select the submissions you want to purge. To select all, click on the Select All button.
    4. Now, click on Delete Forever, and in the warning window, click on the Delete button to confirm.

Purging deleted submissions will free up your Submission Storage and Upload Space but won’t affect other limits. You can also check out our guide about Account Usage and Limits for more information.

As for allowing the users to change the edition number, you can set up your form so that anyone who submits your form can edit it after they've submitted. It's easy, let's do it:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on
    Emails.
    3. Hover your mouse over your Autoresponder and click on the Pencil icon to customize it.

    4. Click on the Email Content window, then click on Form Fields, and select Edit Link.

    5. Customize the Edit Link the way you want, and when you're finished, click on Save on the bottom-right side of the Email Content window.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
